麥克坦皇冠麗晶套房酒店 (Crown Regency Suites Mactan)

熱水洗一洗就沒了，飯店傳單有血漬，浴室沐浴乳沒補，門突然壞掉，但工作人員態度不錯，遇到問題都馬上解決，套房外面風景還不錯

我們凌晨飛機降落，所以住在這裡幾個小時，就隔天坐車去墨寶住了。短時間住在這裡是可以的。便宜方便。

The property is really really old. The lobby was not welcoming at all. We arrived from a long 訂房網站 and asked me to wait because the receptionist told me it was a last-minute reservation. I already showed her that my booking was already paid and showed her the Condimation email I have, despite all she still asked me to wait. I gave her 2k deposit for the room already and still asked me to wait since she said its not in her system yet. I told her to kindly give me the room while waiting cause I'm really tired with all the proof I showed her she still thinking. After a few minutes she decided to give me the room and told me whatever happens she will just go up to my room and of course I said ok cause I know I already paid. The room I booked was the suite with a kitchen and leaving room. Kitchen with no cooking equipment not even a plate or a spoon or a drinking glass. The couch smells like dust. Beddings was already discolored its gray in colour instead of white. Breakfast was not good at all. Don't take breakfast at the hotel just order from grab it will be cheaper. No transfer going to the airport. They told me its only upon availability and it is chargeable. Maybe I expected too much from this hotel but there’s lot of near by hotels that will offer free transport and good breakfast. Goldberry almost same price or cheaper but a lot better.

Terrible, they give you a room but they never cleaned it well. Definitely, I'm not coming back to that hotel. Pictures show a hair in the drainer, and they forget the trash in the cabinet under the sink, and it was smelling.

Rented a villa, got lit up by the electricity being wired backwards in 75%+ of the outlets. (Villa 27?) Staff was awesome. Place is a bit dated and needs to be modernized. Pool is okay but needs work. Breakfast was cooked to order and was great. Room service was excellent and portions were large. Seems no one visits here in the rainy season and that's a shame.

Room was very spacious but you can notice that the room amenities are a little bit outdated. The kettle we had in our room was not functioning properly that we had to ask for a replacement. However, location is great for the price point.

일단 투룸 7만원대 가격 너무 좋았습니다 호텔연식이 있어서 시설이 노후된것은 어쩔수 없지만 좀 너무한다 싶기도 했고 조식이 너무 형편 없었네요 저희는 세부에서 민다나오로 가야해서 경유전 오버나잇 스테이로 잠깐 눈붙이고 나온정도로 가성비 면에선 괜찮았습니다 공항에서도 가까워 그랩6시터 300페소면 가는 거리였습니다 호텔주변엔 아무것도 없어서 타미아쪽 까지 가서 세븐일레븐 편의점에서 물을 구입 했습니다 예전에 세부에서 9년을 살아서 오토바이아져씨 뒤에타고 다녀왔네요 경유전 머무는데 무리없이 이용가능 합니다

Останавливались на 1 ночь, в принципе все хорошо, хороший номер. Минус только в том, что стеклопакеты никакие, дверь на балкон закрыта, но шумно ночью, номер выходил на дорогу. На 1 ночь можно, но на больше нет( Номер был улучшенный люкс.

アメニティグッズ等あり、とても良かったです。

急に泊まることになったんですが、受付の人が親切でした。夜中3時の深夜便のため、ショートステイの形にはなりましたが、ゆっくりできそうなお部屋でした。時間が短く殘念でした。 ただ、湯船につかりたかったけど、お湯が出なくて冷たくないお水が出た感じでした。
